If an order is cancelled on day of delivery, we will charge £60 to return and offload. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If we are unable due to Weather, Covid, Breakdowns or any other acts of God we will do our best to get goods out as quickly as possible. We will not accept any claims for compensation for bookings for tradesmen or other contractors.
